With the north Oregon coast and south Washington coast under a hazardous seas warning, the south Oregon coast will have its hands full with a high wind warning and a high surf advisory. Waves as high as 23 feet will be slamming onshore as wind gusts get up to 65 mph. Hazardous Seas Watch on N. Oregon Coast, S. Washington Coast, Waves Up To 15 Ft - Beaches will require caution but some good wave shows possible
This will possibly be enough to bring large waves to the Shore Acres area around Coos Bay, but it's somewhat borderline and the window of time is small.
A powerful coastal storm is bringing is bringing it all in, with multiple weather alerts in effect through Sunday morning from the National Weather Service (NWS).
A High Wind Warning remains in place until 10 a.m. Sunday, with south winds of 30 to 40 mph and gusts reaching 65 mph along exposed areas. The strongest winds are expected on headlands south of Bandon, including stretches of Highway 101 from Cape Blanco southward. The warning includes Harbor, Nesika Beach, Ophir, Gold Beach, Port Orford and Pistol River.

NWS forecasters say winds will stay elevated through Sunday morning, peaking during the frontal passage late Saturday night. Loose debris may be blown around, property damage is possible, and travel could be difficult for high-profile vehicles.
For the South Central Oregon Coast and Curry County Coast: including Coos Bay, Gold Beach, Brookings, Bandon and Port Orford into Reedsport.
At the same time, a High Surf Advisory continues from 10 p.m. Saturday through 10 a.m. Sunday, with large breaking waves of 20 to 23 feet expected along Curry County beaches.

“Hazardous surf zone conditions are expected Saturday night and Sunday morning, primarily for the beaches of Curry County,” the NWS said. “Large breaking wavs of 20-23 ft are expected during this time. Stay away from the surf zone and off of jetties.”
South-facing shorelines will receive the greatest smacking. The surf may inundate beaches and low-lying areas, cause beach erosion, and damage exposed infrastructure. Hazardous conditions are likely in and near the surf zone.
The NWS saic residents and visitors to secure loose outdoor items, stay well back from the water, and avoid jetties and logs on the beach as conditions become increasingly dangerous. A detailed hazard map is available at the National Weather Service website.
