It sleeps 16 and is now $250-$384 per night. Beach Front Lodge and Loft is right above the ocean. Rare double lot grassy yard overlooking the sand and surf. In October it's dirt cheap: $261 - $356. With all 16 people that's $19 a night per person! Upstairs is a smart tv with Roku. Perfect for groups of 16 with plenty of bed choices. Nightly rates are now in the $200 - $300 range at Porthole Property. That's cheaper than most motels, but this one sleeps 10 people! Super cheap openings in October too. Endless ocean views and a covered hot tub on a quiet road overlooking the vast Pacific Ocean. Although in town , this home has a very private feel. There are 3 Queen Beds and 4 twin beds. Lower level with big ocean views has fully stocked kitchen and opens to private patio with hot tub, picnic table, porch swing & yard with new firepit.
