(Tillamook, Oregon) – Have you ever dreamed of scarfing your way up the Oregon coast? Ever considered taking a whole month to tour and indulge in a variety of restaurants in Neskowin, Pacific City, Tillamook, Garibaldi, Rockaway Beach, Manzanita, Cannon Beach, Seaside and Astoria / Warrenton? Crave the Coast is back for 2025, and this year, the beloved food-focused event is expanding in a major way. Presented by Visit Tillamook Coast, the annual gathering has evolved from a single-day festival into a full month of culinary exploration, stretching across the North Coast Food Trail from Astoria to Neskowin. Throughout October, visitors are invited to discover the flavors of the region through curated dishes, local events, and immersive experiences that highlight the bounty of Oregon’s coastal communities.
Participating restaurants, markets, and artisan producers will feature exclusive “Crave Dishes” crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. In addition to these special menu items, select businesses along the trail will host food-centric events, offering guests the chance to sample freshly caught seafood, artisan cheeses, farm-grown produce, and handcrafted treats. Each dish enjoyed and event attended earns participants entries into weekly prize drawings, culminating in a grand prize: a two-night stay at the new glamping destination Two Capes Lookout, plus dining gift cards to local eateries.

“Crave the Coast is a month-long invitation to explore, taste and experience what makes this region special,” said Mariah Surat, Visit Tillamook Coast’s Coordinator of Community and Industry Programs. “This year, we decided to make Crave the Coast a month-long event instead of a single day or weekend because it’s more feasible for restaurants and food providers to participate when visitors come to them. It’s also more experiential and immersive for attendees, allowing them to enjoy the coast in a way that feels organic and memorable.”

The expanded event is made possible through a partnership between Visit Tillamook Coast, Visit Seaside, and the Cannon Beach and Astoria-Warrenton Chambers of Commerce. Additional support comes from the Oregon Wine Country License Plates Matching Grant Program, administered by Travel Oregon.
To help guide their culinary journey, visitors will use Seeker, a mobile-friendly interactive platform that offers digital check-ins, photo challenges, scavenger hunts, and rewards. Though not a downloadable app, Seeker can be saved to a phone’s home screen for easy access and navigation throughout the month.
