Some Oregon Coast Vacation Rental Hotspots Getting Rarer - Availability in Lincoln City, Depoe Bay

(Depoe Bay, Oregon) – So much Oregon coast, so little time. And indeed time is running short to snag your favorite vacation rental (or new fave rental), as dates in later July and August are getting booked up now at an increasing pace. (Above: Sea View rental in Depoe Bay)

Extremely popular places like Depoe Bay and Lincoln City are going even faster. One vacation rental firm in the area still has a few dates open, but even they admit they're running out. Keystone Vacation Rentals in Lincoln City and Depoe Bay said there are a few two-night stay units open in some of their roster, but if you're looking for a night or two longer, those are in high demand.

In Depoe Bay, the condo unit Sea View (pictured above) is open July 14 - 17, with outstanding, direct views of the near-shore reef and wave-splash zone. Packed with prolific amounts of fun, the living room includes a large Smart TV with Blu-Ray and an HD cable package. The kitchen has granite counters and full cooking amenities. You and five other lucky people can be a part of this one (that's means six people altogether).

The master and guest suites each feature king beds, and the master bath includes a jetted tub. A third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have LCD televisions and Blu-Ray players. Sea View 503-443-1414.

Open July 29 to August 2: Seacliff Loft is a top-floor Depoe Bay vacation rental - in more ways than just physically.

The unit offers elevated views of this dramatic chunk of Oregon coast and a river-rock gas fireplace for those post-beach evenings. The living room includes an HD television along with a selection of games, puzzles, and movies. The kitchen features maple cabinetry, a gas range, and standard cookware and serviceware.

The master bedroom has a king bed and high ceilings that create an open, spacious feel. The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Seacliff Loft

Heading up to Lincoln City, Keystone has a few multi-night openings.

Pacific Treasure, a condo-style oceanfront rental in Lincoln City, has availability July 24 - 27 and July 30 - August 2. It sleeps four.

Right above those waves and a private hot tub on the balcony: yes, please. The main living area includes a large dining table and a full kitchen equipped with standard cookware, appliances, and serviceware, all positioned near picture windows facing the shoreline. The living room offers a 42" LCD television with Blu-Ray capability and that inimitable gas fireplace. Books and games are provided.

Also in Lincoln City, if you're still loving ocean puns for names, there's the oceanfront condo Sea To Believe. It sleeps six with openings July 26th - 28th.

This primo spot offers direct oceanfront views and a private hot tub on the patio. Interior furnishings are vibrant and contemporary, with an HD televisions in each room featuring an expanded cable lineup - plus Blu-Ray capability.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, standard cookware and serviceware, and a Cuisinart grind-and-brew coffee system.

The primary bedroom includes a king bed with a memory-foam mattress and is located near the ocean-facing windows, where surf sound is audible.
