New Expansive Vacation Home on Oregon Coast Soars to Where Neskowin Meets the Sky

(Neskowin, Oregon) – While it's not new to the charming little coastal village of Neskowin, it is new to the roster of vacation homes available in the area to bunk at. And boy is it a looker.

Tucked well into the picturesque hills above Neskowin, it is five bedrooms of grand Oregon coast hangout, done up in style and seamless luxury, while keeping the rugged world and the elements all around the vast home. Proposals Estate is its rather regal moniker.

The home is down a long private lane in the forest so feels really secluded but is less than a 1/2 mile to the beach.”

At five bedrooms and all this space it's not a romantic getaway couple or for a smaller family. This is for larger groups – perfect for company retreats.

“It is so well stocked with anything and everything you would need to have an amazing family gathering or even corporate retreat with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths; all brand new,” Twigg said. “No detail was overlooked: like the gorgeous tile finishes, the huge outdoor deck with seating and dining, and the fully stocked kitchen with chef-grade appliances.”

Its centerpiece is a 10-foot marble island, surrounded by top-tier appliances and cooking tools, making it an ideal venue for memory-making dinners and gatherings.

Timid Hawk Creek winds through the verdant valley and forest, laying down the perfect tranquil soundtrack for a stay. The property features a charming garden and a bocce ball court, while wildlife enthusiasts will delight in spotting deer and elk grazing in the nearby fields.

Then there's that sweet little sauna: it looks like a tiny home shaped like the puddle-jumper ships from Stargate: Atlantis. But it's made of fine wood and has a definite Euro vibe.

“In summer, it is very near the perfect little Neskowin Farmers market,” Twigg said. “An easy stroll down for coffee, music, & fresh local produce.”
