First & third Tuesday of each month. “Job Shadows,” for high School juniors and seniors.  Want to know what it’s like to work in the field of marine science? Come see how Aquarium keepers take care of the animals and what it’s like to work with marine mammals, sea birds, fish and invertebrates. January 30. Chocolate Classic. A night of wine, great raffle drawings and most of all chocolate. Several local chef's who will be showing off their chocolate delights. February 5. Newport Animal Shelter's Boomer Bash. A variety of artists will be selling their wares with a portion of the sales going to the shelter fund. February 6. Cub Scout Combination Sleepover. Scouts spend the night in Passages of the Deep. Eat pizza, scavenger hunt, activities designed to meet specific badge requirements.
