(Manzanita, Oregon) – Lincoln City gets ready to try an interesting live music experiment on its beaches with a festival where the day’s music goes until dusk, while in Manzanita, one club gets ready to put the heat back in summer nights on the Oregon coast.
Lincoln City’s second annual “Summer SunSets” Beachside Concert Series will be held on September 11 and 25, 2010 at Taft Waterfront Park located on SW 51st Street in the south end of Lincoln City.
Beginning at 3 p.m., each concert of the series will be performed until sunset on its scheduled day. The two free days of shows will each feature family friendly danceable music to be heard and enjoyed either stage side or on the beachside by those who decide to stake their claim on the nearby sand in the Historic Taft District of Lincoln City. The annual event also features food and beverage selections from local vendors.
