Oregon Coast Events: Yachats Calendar for March to May

(Yachats, Oregon) – The little town of Yachats, on the central Oregon coast, is big on fun and entertainment possibilities this spring, with a variety of events and nightlife frivolity taking place for the next few months, including a constant stream of ongoing events, like wine tasting at The Wine Place or the Yachats Farmer’s Market. Some of it is live music and nightlife, such as one exceptionally interesting Gypsy punk band playing the Landmark. In other places, it's arts & crafts or pancake breakfasts.

March 24 and 25, 37th Annual Original Yachats Arts & Crafts Fair. 9 - 5 Saturday and 10 - 4 Sunday. This juried mulitmedia fair features 75 Pacific Northwest artists, and is known for quality that keeps people returning year after year. Free. Find treasures in stained glass, etched and fused art glass, woodwork, ceramics, textiles, kelp, Native American carvings and artifact art, jewelry, musical instruments, sculpture, photography, toys, fine leather, paintings and prints, and more - including a fabulous Arts Raffle! March 24 and 25, Yachats Ladies Club 4th Annual Saturday Luncheon & Weekend Crafts Show. Saturday 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. Sunday 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Crafts by Ladies Club Members and Saturday Luncheon with Pie/beverage option. Fundraiser for the Yachats Ladies Club. Held at the Yachats Ladies Club House, W 3rd St. and Pontiac St. (One block off Hwy 101 at W 3rd St.)

March 25. Yachats Lions Pancake Breakfast. 7:30 - 11:30 a.m. All you can eat pancakes with eggs, ham, sausage, coffee and milk. Sponsored by the Yachats Lions Club. Held inside the Yachats Lions Hall, W 4th St. and Pontiac.
