Coastal Events: Cannon Beach and Seaside in Fall, Winter

The Cannon Beach History Center features the original cannon it was named after as well as plenty of folk music.

(Cannon Beach, Oregon) – Where fall dead ends into winter and the holidays, that’s when the north Oregon coast gets particularly filled with frivolities. There’s acoustic folk music to indulge in, Halloween fun, wine tasting, historical events and that monster of fall: Cannon Beach’s Stormy Weather Festival.

Both Seaside and Cannon Beach keep up the pace as the tourist crowds die down, hosting many reasons to hit the beach besides just storm watching.
