| Fermented fun at the Seaside Wine Walk |
(Seaside, Oregon) – It’s a day of wine and
song in the coastal resort town of Seaside, as the Seaside Downtown Development
(SDDA) presents its 2007 Fall Wine Walk on Saturday, November 17. The
event – which draws hundreds to Seaside - happens all over town
and runs from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tastings will be held inside participating
businesses throughout downtown Seaside. Look for the red SDDA banners
outside participating businesses.

This event will feature select Oregon wineries, complimentary hors d’oeuvres and live entertainment. A commemorative logo wine glass is $5, and an ID bracelet will be required for wine tasting. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate.
Visitors can obtain their wine glass at the ID check and purchase points: Carousel Mall, 300 Broadway, 1 – 7 p.m.; Salmonberry Square, 810 Broadway, 2:30 - 6:30 p.m.; Ernst & Ernst Collectors Gallery, 15 Broadway, 2:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Some wineries may charge a minimal tasting fee. Wine is poured between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. only.
There will be live music at Sunrose Gallery.
Wineries have been paired with various businesses. Saginaw Winery at Ernst & Ernst; Collectors Gallery; Hip Chicks Do Wine at Phillips Candies; Depoe Bay Winery at Rivertide Suites; Nehalem Bay Winery at The Jewelry Box; Mia Sonatina Cellars at Lola’s Fancy food Market; Cathedral Ridge Winery at Sunrose Gallery; Silver Falls Vineyard at Pizza Harbor; Hauer of the Dauen at Fultano’s and King’s Raven Winery, Inc. at Natural Nook Flowers. Walnut City Wine Works will be at Beach Books; Anam Cara Cellars will appear at Kay Lynn’s; The Wine & Beer Haus will serve at Portland Fudge Co., and Old Bridge Winery will be at Artworks.
Normas
Ocean Diner, McKeowns and the Shilo Ocean Front will also have wineries,
but these are still to be announced.
