Old pilings abound in Old Town, as well as misty, dreamy views of the Suislaw River Bridge.

Plenty of daylight fun can be had wandering the riverfront and its abundance of features, as well as exploring the area beneath the famous bridge. At night, Florence's riverfront is aglow with amazing lights all along the water, flickering, shimmering, and the gentle lapping of the water becomes more apparent in the still of the eve.

Or on those foggy days, watch structures along here appear and disappear. Often in summer, that fog layer may start dissipating as you walk this far eastward, and you'll soon find yourself on the borderline between a foggy world and a sunny one.
