Oregon Coast Lodging Specials Still Available

(Oregon Coast) - Late winter still means great deals are available at lodgings up and down all of Oregon's coast. Not only are prices down in general, but they often feature irresistible specials during the week, and at times during the weekends too. Some lodgings are providing deals straight through the spring break months of March and April as well.

Here's a listing of a few:

Seaside
Summer House B&B and Vacation Home Rental is a B&B with five rooms, which can be at times rented out in its entirety as a vacation rental, creating a huge mansion of seven beds total. The spring break special rents the whole house out at $1800 a week. Usually it goes for $2000 a week. www.summerinseaside.com. 1221 N. Franklin St. 503-717-1688.

Beachhouse Vacation Rentals, Inc. features a two for one special until February 28. Some homes are excluded, and some of those already have a winter season rate. The special means rent two nights and get the third night free.

Winter prices range there from $110 to $345 a night – somewhere between 50 percent and 25 percent cheaper than the high season rates of summer. Bella Beach is offering these rates straight through into May.

On top of these rates, guests can rent three nights for the price of two at any of these homes until May 19. A Bella Beach spokesperson said: “A great example would be ‘Whale Tale,’ which is an oceanfront, two-story, three-bedroom, two-bath home with a small hot tub that you can get three nights for $500. Or get three nights at a two-bedroom, two-bath house with a hot tub for $366.”

That special is not valid during the spring break weeks of March 24th through April 16th, but off-season prices remain during that time. The three-for-two special resumes after April 17 and runs until May 19.
