.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
remain stationary across the SE portion tonight through Tue. The
ridge will gradually weaken Tue night and Wed as a cold front
approaches the far NW waters. The front will move very slowly SE
into the far outer waters Tue night, the remain nearly stationary
Wed and Wed night. The front will drift back W of the waters Thu,
then move back E into the area Thu night. Low pressure will
develop along the front W or SW of the waters Thu night, then
lift NE into the waters Fri and Fri night, then meander over the
N waters through Sat night.
