Seaside Hidden Beaches - Access at 12th Ave.
Head west down 12th Avenue, across the river, and you’ll end up at the northernmost end of the Seaside Promenade. Here, a huge parking lot allows access to a large concrete structure with Plexiglas panes.
To the north, there are sizable dunes as well as plenty of Seaside’s typically sandy, flat beaches and the Estuary Trail.
From here, you can head out to the beach via a trail through the dunes and straight out towards the sea, or wander north over the less comfortably traversable dunes to get to the flat stretches and the river.
