Here, the arch above Nye Beach joins other objects in this particularly intense sunset to create a mystical, almost Stonehenge-like vibe.

This shot was taken on a hot day in October, 2004 - further proof of the area's notorious (and glorious) Second Summer, which happens in the fall.
