What
was once a manmade intertidal area - an experiment to see how sea
life would take over a shore of craggy rocks - is now called Quarry
Cove. Much of it is covered in sand, and no longer used for this
experimental purpose.
Not far east
of the old quarry area’s parking lot lay some interesting
boulder-filled areas, perfect for climbing on and exploring, which
are seen here from above. |
