What was once a manmade intertidal area - an experiment to see how sea life would take over a shore of craggy rocks - is now called Quarry Cove. Much of it is covered in sand, and no longer used for this experimental purpose.
Not far east of the old quarry area’s parking lot lay some interesting boulder-filled areas, perfect for climbing on and exploring, which are seen here from above.
Other sections of the place are filled with wild pocket coves and other funky secrets. |
