Moods of Manzanita: Sunset and Moonrise on the Ocean
Rockaway Beach, Manzanita, Wheeler, Nehalem Bay Virtual Tour, Oregon Coast

Second Summer in Manzanita: The warmest time of the year on the coast.

On a balmy mid-September eve, an emerging moon kicks into new life, reflected in the water, amidst layers of intense orange, red and blue - to a deserted beach.

Late at night, a moon resembles a shooting star on Manzanita's beach. It's about 3 a.m. in the second photo.

The bottom photo is looking south, at night.
